Meet Susie

Wellness expert, movement educator, Certified Jay Shetty Life Coach, and lifelong student of the body–mind connection.

A life devoted to helping others feel better

With over 40 years devoted to movement and wellness, and more than 30 years of teaching experience in yoga, Pilates, barre, meditation, and holistic life coaching, Susie Birchenough has dedicated her life to helping others feel better physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Known for her warm, intuitive style and thoughtful presence, Susie helps people slow down, listen more deeply, and make small but meaningful shifts that create lasting change.

It’s not what you do.
It’s how you do what you do.

Through decades of teaching and personal practice, Susie has learned that the magic is in the details. Alignment matters. Awareness matters. Safety matters. There is a profound difference between simply doing a movement and truly feeling it, between rushing through life and living with intention.

That belief is at the heart of everything she does — in movement, in coaching, and in the daily practices that help people live with greater breath, awareness, alignment, and intention.

What makes Susie’s approach different

Warm, Intuitive Guidance

Susie creates a space that feels thoughtful, safe, and supportive. Clients often describe her presence as calming, encouraging, and deeply genuine.

Awareness Rooted in Experience

With decades of experience in yoga, meditation, movement, and coaching, Susie brings a deeply embodied understanding of how physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being are connected.

Small Shifts That Last

Susie believes meaningful change does not usually come through dramatic overhauls, but through small, consistent practices that gradually create a more peaceful and aligned life.

The Minis Theory

Susie’s signature approach, The Minis Theory, grew organically from her own life. During a pivotal year, she committed to recording 365 days of wellness videos. What began as a simple daily discipline became a transformation.

Her worries began to soften. Her clarity sharpened. Her direction became clearer. Without realizing it, she was building a method rooted in small, consistent shifts that create lasting change.

The Minis Theory reflects what Susie believes most deeply: transformation does not have to be dramatic to be powerful.

Who She Loves To Support

Susie is especially passionate about supporting women in midlife and those entering a new season of life. Many of the people drawn to her work have spent years caring for others, building careers, raising families, or meeting expectations, and begin to sense that something inside them is ready to shift.

She offers a gentle place to pause, listen inward, and begin moving toward a life that feels more peaceful, beautiful, and aligned from the inside out.

  • “Susie was the first person who made me feel that I actually had control of my life and how I wanted my future to look.”
